Visio’s performance exceeded expectations. We surveyed other federal agencies to get a performance baseline to assess Visio’s performance, and the result is that with Visio’s support, VA was 1-2 years ahead of other agencies in their implementation of emerging technology and returned over $15M in cost savings that could be reinvested back into the organization.

The cybersecurity and emerging technology services provided by Visio exceeded all expectations. All deliverables were of superior quality, on time and added value each time. My hope would be that all other contractors were as effective as Visio.
